How Will My Order Be Sent Out?

  • Courier Delivery – · For small & medium parcels we use a courier service to deliver your parcel. ·
  • The standard delivery time for parcel delivery is estimated between 2-3 working days.
  •  We can offer new day delivery on all in stock items, if you would like next day delivery, please choose this option at checkout.
  •  All items are carefully packaged before being dispatched and collected from our warehouse by the courier.

Pallet Delivery

  • For large orders we deliver using a pallet delivery service.
  • The standard pallet delivery service time is estimated between 2-3 working days.
  • We offer a next day delivery option for all orders of in stock items, if you would like next day delivery, please choose this option at checkout.
  • Once your order is packaged and dispatched you will receive an email conformation with the estimated date of delivery.
  • All pallet deliveries are kerbside delivery, delivery drivers will not be able to deliver pallets to inside your property.

Can I Collect My Order Instead?

You can collect your order from our Falkirk Showroom. 
At checkout select 'In Store Pickup' We will notify you when your order is ready for collection by email.

· All in stock orders will be ready for collection within 2 days. · If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email with the date your item will be ready for collection. · All collection orders will be heled for 7 days if an item is not collected after 7 days your order will be refunded minus a restocking fee of 15%.

Remote Delivery

We only Deliver to (Main Land United Kingdom) If you are unsure if you live in a remote area or not, please contact our customer services team at info@bathandtile.co.uk

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we don't ship Internationally at this current time.

Further Information

Free Standard Delivery is available to most of the UK on orders over £350 (note: some exclusions apply). Please enter your delivery postcode into the 'Calculate Delivery' form during the checkout process for more information).  

All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order based on your postcode and size of order. 

All Items are available to be collected from the store, though please be aware items cannot normally be collected on the same day as ordering. 

Next Working Day items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 12 noon for a next day service. Please note: For a Next Day Saturday service, goods should be ordered by 12 noon. For larger pallet items on any order date, orders must be placed and accepted before 12 noon. Please note UK Bank Holidays will impact next-day service. 

Returns Information

Returns information – Its very important to us that you are happy with your Bath & Tile order. If you are not totally satisfied with your order you can return your order in its original condition and in the original packaging for a refund within 14 days of receiving your delivery. You will need to pay return delivery fee for unwanted items and your order will be collected by our courier or pallet collection service if this applies to the products you have ordered, some products will require you to arrange return postage. To return an unwanted tile order you may have to pay a restocking fee. Return fees vary depending on a parcel size, please contact customer service via email for more information info@bathandtile.co.uk

    Authorise your return through the bath and tile website

    Wrap the item in the original packaging clearly marking your return number on a separate sheet. As part of the returns process you can download a return note. Do not mark your original packaging

    Send the item back to our depot
  • Step 4

    Once our depot receives your return we will begin processing
  • Step 5

    Your refund can take up to 10 working days from date of us receiving your order

Returning An Unwanted Item

Returning an unwanted item – · You will be charged a fee for collection and return delivery, please contact our customer service team to process your return. · Customer service will provide you a returns label and return code for your order, this label must be attached to your return.
  • Unwanted items can’t be returned after 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • If you are returning an unwanted item it must not be damaged or marked.
  • You will be required to arrange a courier to send your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for sending any parcels.
  • Unwanted items returned to us are done so at your own expense

Returning Faulty Or Damaged Item

Damaged items can't be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods. We must be notified of any items that arrive damaged within 48hrs of receipt of goods.

  • You may be required to supply photographs of any damaged items. You can upload these as part of the returns process

A Few Things To Note

· If you return an item for a refund, we will send the refund to your original payment method. Minus any return postage or restocking fees (if return fees apply to your return). · Please make sure goods are sent in original packaging and are in new condition. · Please make sure your return code is clearly shown on your parcel, this code will be provided on your returns label sent from Bath & Tile customer service. · Do not return a parcel without contacting customer service and following the correct return procedure as your return wont be tracked.
  • Please make sure that the goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and must be taken care of whilst in your possession.
  • We do ask that any goods that are in sealed packaging are clearly visible without the need to open the packaging.
  • When returning your item please make sure to include your order number and also the reason for the return

What Is your returns address?

· Our returns process is product dependant, and we require you contact customer service to start the returns process. Please include your original order number in your email.

Do you offer a collection service?

· Some of our products are retuned by a collection service you will need to contact customer service who can advise you on the process and return options for your order.

How Long does the returns process take?

· The return process if fast once we have all the details and pictures.
· Once your return has been received by our warehouse staff it will be inspected. 
· Then your refund will be processed return payments take between 5-10 working days. 
  Sometimes a refund is received quicker it depends on your payment method used.

Returns Policy

1. order Cancellation

We hope that your purchase is exactly what you wanted, however we understand that occasionally, an issue may occur with your chosen items. Parts may be faulty or damaged, or you may simply not wish to have the particular product any more. Should this be the case, our customer service team is here to help you. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched or within 14 days of receiving them. 

You can notify us of your intention to cancel either by email or in writing. It is recommended however, that you contact us via email as we cannot allow for any delays in mail deliveries by your chosen carrier.

Cancellation and Return of Goods

If you change your mind on your purchase and no longer want the items, we will accept returned goods provided it is within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return of the products and all costs associated with this. 

 All cancelled goods must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us. 

Please note: we are unable to accept cancellation at any stage if any item is ordered with any personalization or items custom manufactured to your specification.

2. Return of Faulty Goods Received

We ask that customer fully inspect all products received on the day of delivery. To ensure a speedy resolution, we must be notified of any items that arrive faulty or damaged within 48hrs of receipt. We will then advise the next course of action, we will contact you and either arrange collection, ask for goods to be returned back to us or disposal of goods, never dispose of goods without our notification. Should we request that you send goods back to us, we ask that you include a receipt for any postage costs that you may incur so that we may refund the full cost of postage. During the process of inspecting, we do ask that any damage be reported as soon as possible to ensure a quick and effective resolution, however damaged goods reported within 14 days are subject to your usual statutory rights.

Please note: All goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse this will void any warranty, goods will be returned to you and no refund or replacement issued.

3. Warranty & Guarantees

All products from Bath and Tile come complete with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturers Guarantee, many products are listed with periods longer than 12 months, in these cases the period listed is still a Manufacturers Guarantee. Should any of your products develop a fault during the manufacturer's warranty period we still ask you to contact us initially, we will then advise you on the next steps. Different manufacturer's have different procedures for dealing with faults, on some occasions we will deal with the replacement of goods on their behalf, some companies will only deal with customers direct so we will provide you with all the relevant contacts and information, they will then arrange repair, replacement or advise alternative procedures.
